Qualitative Marketing Research Experience

Al Hutfles has over 20 years experience moderating, analyzing, and interpreting focus group interviews and individual depth interviews. Five years of this experience was working directly with Dr. Alfred E. Goldman, one of the originators of the focus group technique.

Al has extensive focus group experience having conducted over 2,000 focus group interviews with consumers, business decision-makers, managers, executives, and with the top management of numerous business organizations. He has also conducted research among physicians and health care professionals.

Quantitative Marketing Research Experience

Al has also developed and implemented hundreds of quantitative studies encompassing thousands of interviews – including concept evaluations, advertising assessments, product testing, market potential evaluation, market segmentation, buyer motivation, customer satisfaction/loyalty studies, and many other topics. He has also designed and implemented business monitoring systems for the telecommunications and soft drink industries.
